How to charge

• You can pay by credit card on the registration page.
• In principle, receipts will be issued online. Please download the receipt from the URL in the confirmation email at the time of registration.
• Cancellation for personal reasons
  Cancellations after 18th, Nov., 2024 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Substitutes are encouraged to attend.

Cancellation Policy if the symposiums will not be held

The organizing committee chairperson may decide to cancel the conference and announce the cancellation on the website. The cancellation will also be notified to the registered e-mail address.

• A decision to cancel the symposium will be made on a day-by-day basis. Therefore, even if the first day is cancelled, the second and subsequent days may be held, or the tournament may be cancelled during the course of the event.
• Papers scheduled to be presented on the date of cancellation are also considered to have been presented.
• The registration fee will not be refunded because the paper is considered to have been presented. The same applies even if the whole meeting is cancelled.
