Presentation style

All general presentations will be in poster format. Additionally, this year we will also include flash presentations. Therefore, we kindly ask for your slide submission by the deadline and your presentation on the day of the conference.

Poster presentation

• Please check the table below for posting schedule.
  Please refrain from setting up or taking down your poster during other sessions.
  *If it is difficult to display your poster between 9:00-10:00 on the first day, please display it between 12:50-14:00.
• Poster size：Please keep your poster size within width 800mmｘheight 1600mm(A0size　841mmｘ1189mm is OK)
• Pushpins will be prepared and available at the poster session.
• Language: Japanese or English
• Session time: 90 min
• Please make your presentation during your assigned core time in front of your poster.

Flash Presentation

Before each poster presentation session, we would like to ask you to present your research to the audience using 1 or 2 slides. The allotted time, including the transition time, is 80 seconds.
The slides to be used must be submitted in advance, and the organizing committee will compile them by session. On the day of the conference, the compiled slides will be projected using a PC prepared by the organizing committee, and presenters will give their presentations in turn (there is no need to prepare your own PC).
