Full Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, CFD seminar, exhibit, coffee breaks, welcome reception and DVD of scheduled presentations. One Day Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, exhibit, coffee breaks and DVD of scheduled presentations. Student Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, CFD seminar, exhibit, coffee breaks, welcome reception and DVD of scheduled presentations. Above Registration Fees DO NOT include banquet fee. If you participate in the banquet, please purchase a banquet ticket.

*¹ Students include undergraduate and graduate students.

*2	Accompanying Person cannot access to any technical sessions and can sign up for social events only. Authors / Panelists can not be allowed to register as accompanying persons. A congress bag will not be provided.

*³ With this fee, you can participate in any Workshops.

*4	With this fee, you can participate in CFD Seminar and any Workshops. Register can be made only on-site.

*⁵ Technical Tour includes bus and lunch.

Online Registration Flow

Please access the online registration system through the button and enter your profile. URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password. Please select your registration category and other options. Please choose a payment method either by credit card or by bank transfer. * Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless payment method is decided on.

To change/add registration after the payment method is fixed, please click Registration No. on the menu page of the online system.

Confirmation / Receipt

A registration confirmation will be available to download after the registration fee payment is confirmed.
Please remember to bring the confirmation to the conference to pick up congress materials at the registration desk.
A receipt is handed to you at the conference registration desk and cannot be reissued.

Cancellation policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the Registration Desk via e-mail.
Cancellations made through March 13th will receive a refund minus a JPY 10,000 processing fee. Transfer costs for refunds are applied to participants. Refunds will NOT be valid after March 14th.
