How to register

Please choose a symposium you will attend.

You will be able to attend all the symposiums by registering only one of the symposiums.

How to charge

You can pay by credit card on the registration page or by bank transfer.

In principle, receipts will be issued online. If you are paying by bank transfer, receipts can be issued online after we have confirmed your payment. Please download the receipt from the URL in the confirmation email at the time of registration.

Cancellation for personal reasons
Cancellations after October 3, 2020 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Substitutes are encouraged to attend.

Cancellation Policy if the symposiums will not be held

The organizing committee chairperson may decide to cancel the conference and announce the cancellation on the website. The cancellation will also be notified to the registered e-mail address.

A decision to cancel the symposium will be made on a day-by-day basis. Therefore, even if the first day is cancelled, the second and subsequent days may be held, or the tournament may be cancelled during the course of the event.
Papers scheduled to be presented on the date of cancellation are also considered to have been presented.
The registration fee will not be refunded because the paper is considered to have been presented. The same applies even if the whole meeting is cancelled.

Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration is discounted and recommended. Please make sure to complete the registration in advance.
