PRTEC2016 has reserved some number of hotel rooms in the conference venue (Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa; See "Venue" on the top menu for details) for the participants, and these rooms will be available at discounted rates listed below.

Notes: Additionally, Porter Service Charge ($8.33) will be charged to each person. The number of the rooms offered at these discounted rates is limited.

If you are a student attendee, you may choose to share a twin room with a student from different institution. If you choose this option, the room rate will be 115 $/night (Tax included), and your roommate student will be arranged by the conference organizer. Note that the Porter Service Charge ($8.33) will be charged to each person also in this case.

PRTEC2016 has reserved some additional number of hotel rooms in Hilton Waikoloa Village (http://www.hiltonwaikoloavillage.com/), which is close to the conference venue, for participants. These rooms are offered at discounted rates below.

Single room: 248 $/night (Tax included)
Twin room: 248 $/night (Tax included)

This hotel (Hilton Waikoloa Village) is about 15 minutes away from the conference venue (Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa) on foot. Shuttle buses run between Hilton Waikoloa Village and King's Shop that is close to the conference venue. The fare of the shuttle is $2 per person per ride.

Usually, hotels in the state of Hawaii request Resort Fee in addition to the fees above. However, attendees who book their room through the official travel agency (World Creations Inc: WCI), whose link button is shown below, will be exempted from this Resort Fee, based on an agreement made between the hotel and PRTEC2016.
