Route To "Event Hall" (Standard Route)

　

At Hamamatsu station, go through a wicket of Shinkansen. Then turn right and walk to the "North Exit", please.

　

Go through the north exit and turn right again. Then, go upstairs.

　

　

Go upstairs and go straight, please. On the left side, you can see the "Hotel Crown Palais Hamamatsu."

　

Please use "Moving Walkways."
*If you want to go to the Crown Palais Hotel, please use the slope on the left hand side.

　　　　　

(Checkpoint A)After two moving walkways, you can get to the first checkpoint.
If you go straight, you can get to the "Event Hall" and the " Seminar & Ex. Center." On the left hand side, there is an entrance of the "Okura Act City Hotel." If you go downstairs, you can get to the "Concert Hall."

　

Please use moving walkways and then turn left.

　

You can see the entrance of the "Event Hall." Please turn right.

　　　　　

(Checkpoint B) Here is the 2F entrance of the "Event Hall." The poster sessions are held on the 1st floor.
*If you want to go to the "Seminar & Ex. Center," please go straight here.

Route To "Seminar and Ex. Center"

　

From checkpoint B, please use a moiving walkway and turn left. Here is the entrance of the "Seminar & Ex. Center."

　

Turn right to the elevator hall. You can find the lobby of the "Music Studio Hall."

Route To "Okura Act City Hamamatsu"

　

From checkpoint A, you can find the 2F entrance of the Okura Act City Hotel on the left hand side. The welcome party is held on the 4th floor.

Route To "Concert hall"

　

From checkpoint A, please go downstairs. Then, turn left.

　

Please use an escalator and go downstairs.
