Abstract

Authors willing to present their papers should submit 400 words abstracts in English via the conference website. Initial screening will be based on the abstracts. Draft extended abstract should be uploaded by November 25 December 3, 2022. Authors should make their pre-registration until March 10, 2023, and to present their papers in oral sessions individually.

   (If you already have your login account, please skip this step.)
   Open the Login page for new author and click [Create New Account] button. Please enter your personal information.
2. Login
   After you created your login account, click [Login] button in the login page.
   (If you skipped the previous step, open the login page from the left site menu and enter youe e-mail address and password.)
3. Create new entry of contribution
   Open the "Author" tabbed page from the tabs at the top of page.
   Click [New Contribution] button and follow the instractions.

Student Competition

If you are a student, please select Track-14 as your first choice and apply for the Student Competition.
Outstanding presenters will have award with a certificate and a supplementary prize(equivalent to registration fee). We are looking forward to your application.
Application requirements: Students must be studying Power Engineering related fields as of September 21, 2022.

All of the submissions from Track-14 were allocated to Track-0 to Track-13. Track-14 is closed now, which was a special entrance point for authors who has the intention to participate in the student competition on the system. Every student presenter, who has the will to join the student competition, has been assigned Track-14 as the second Track. If you apply to the student competition, do not forget to upload your student ID on the conference system by 8th February 2023.

On-site requirements  NEW! 

1. The applicants of the Student Competition must have completed the registration payment by using their own credit card by May 8. Please let go if you have already paid.
2. As the winners will be announced at the closing ceremony on the last day of the conference, 25 May, the applicants will be expected to attend the closing ceremony.
3. The winners will receive a trophy at the closing ceremony. Note that not to be sent later day. Applicants who will not attend the closing ceremony are requested to have a representative of their own responsibility and email the name of the representative to icope-2023@jsme.or.jp. The winner will also obtain a cash prize, which equals the amount of the registration fee. To simplify the process, the winners will get a refund of the registration fee to the credit card used for payment later on.
