- All participants are requested to register online in advance or on-site at the registration desk at the venue.
- All presenters are required to register in order to make a presentation by no later than August 31st, 2015.
- To qualify for the Early Registration Fee, the application must be received by the Registration Office and payment by Bank Transfer completed by no later than September 30th, 2015 23:59 JST.
- The Pre-Confirmation e-mail with the registration details will be sent to you after your online registration is complete and a Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed.
Please bring the print-out of the Confirmation e-mail with you to the conference.

The registration fee for Regular Participants and Student includes: Session Participation, Conference Kit, Welcome Party, Coffee Break.
The registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes: Welcome Party, Coffee Break.
- Early Registration fee payment by Bank Transfer is valid only for those who have completed the registration along with the transfer complete by September 30, 2015 (Wed) 23:59 JST.
- A request for changes in the registration details should reach the Registration Office

After registering through this website, all payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card or by bank transfer.

Confirmation and Receipt

* If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Registration Office within 1 week from the above indication, please email the Registration Office (icope15-reg@issjp.com).
* Please bring the print-out of the Confirmation e-mail with you to the conference.
* Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant’s name as registered.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refund after payment for any reason.
Passport and Visa
A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate,
or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
The Registration Office will send an official letter of invitation upon request, through the registration form below after the registration and payment is complete.
If you require a visa to enter Japan, please register first. The Registration Office will contact you in return with necessary applications. The Registration Office will then make an invitation letter and a guarantee letter based on the information that you provide in the Visa Information Sheet and send them to you at the address specified on the sheet.
Please make your own application for visa acquisition at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate once you receive the letter.
* If you need to obtain a visa, please apply 3 months in advance of your visit.
ICOPE-15 Organizers, Secretariat, and the Registration Office are not responsible for visa issuance.
