The Technical Tour will start from Naha Airport at 12:30 on June 25. Participants will visit OIST (Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology), acclaimed worldwide for sustainable environment design, followed by a visit to the Orion Beer Factory in Nago City where the
Welcome Reception will be held. We will also conduct the registration process during the reception.

The banquet will be held on June 27 at the IWEE venue. We would like you to enjoy the elegant Summit Hall, the view of the scenery and sunset from the courtyard, and the traditional art of Okinawa.
The excursion will be held on June 28 after the Closing ceremony. Starting from the IWEE venue and passing by each hotel, we will have lunch at Ufuya (an old Japanese-style house restaurant) in Nago, and visit the Churaumi Aquarium and its backyard.The backyard tour allows a maximum number of participants (about 100 people), so we will only accept participants’ applications on a first-come-first-served basis.
Everyone those who are interested can attend the tour.
You need to apply in advance through the registration page.
*We are planning to arrive on Nago city by 19:00 after the excursion. However, please note that there is a possibility of delay due to a significant traffic congestion.
If you'd like to come to Naha airport on the day, please leave the excursion midway to get a highway bus.
