Presentation Guidelines
- For presenters of plenary lectures
Plenary lectures are 40 minutes including discussion.
- For presenters of keynote lectures
Keynote lectures are 30 minutes including discussion.
- For presenters of technical sessions
Presentations of technical sessions are 15 minutes with additional 5 minutes for discussion (total 20 minutes).
The LCP will be equipped with a connection cable with HDMI connector. Note that speakers who wish to use the LCP must prepare their own computer, presentation software, and additional connectors if needed.

The JSME Young Presentation Fellows Award
- Presentations by JSME members who are under 26 years old as of April 1, 2025 will be reviewed for the JSME Young Presentation Fellow Award.
