Presentation Guidelines

  • For presenters of plenary lectures
    Plenary lectures are 40 minutes including discussion.

  • For presenters of keynote lectures
    Keynote lectures are 30 minutes including discussion.

  • For presenters of technical sessions
    Presentations of technical sessions are 15 minutes with additional 5 minutes for discussion (total 20 minutes).
    The LCP will be equipped with a connection cable with HDMI connector. Note that speakers who wish to use the LCP must prepare their own computer, presentation software, and additional connectors if needed.

  • Presentations by JSME members who are under 26 years old as of April 1, 2025 will be reviewed for the JSME Young Presentation Fellow Award.
