     The conference program web page, including the Zoom URL, will be opened by October 11.

     The access  password will be notified to the registered participants.

Information for speakers

Language

       The conference language is English.

Oral Presentations (Zoom)

      All speakers will give a live and oral presentation using Zoom.
      Each speaker has 20 minutes, including presentation (15 min.), discussion (4 min.) and transition (1 min.).
      Please keep your presentation time strictly.
      Instruction for presenters are shown on the conference program web page,  The access  password will be       notified to the registered participants.

Zoom connection check

       Presenters can check the zoom connection on the following dates.

      　October 13th, 15:00-17:00 (JST)

      　October 14th, 15:00-17:00 (JST)

       The URL will appear on the conference program web page after October 11th.

       A Zoom-meeting for free-room will be set up during the conference. The presenters can also check your        connection there.
