Submission

Dear applicants of presentation for IWEE or SEE,

If you would like to present at IWEE or SEE, please submit an abstract of 100-150 words in English for IWEE presentation or an abstract of 150-200 characters in Japanese for SEE presentation. Abstract submission deadline is December 1, 2024 January 31, 2025.

Applicants will be notified of permission to present by email on December 15, 2024 February 14, 2025.

Presenters must submit contributed papers by March 15 April 15,2025 and must complete registration by May 15, 2025.

There are two presentation methods: oral presentation and poster presentation, so please select one when submitting your abstract. Please note that depending on the capacity of the venue, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes including Q&A. Poster presentation is allocated 60 minutes including Q&A.

• Presenters for SEE2025 are only members of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.
• SEE2025の発表者は、日本機械学会会員のみとなります。

The contributed papers will be distributed to conference participants as the Proceedings of the IWEE&SEE. Electronic versions of the contributed papers can be downloaded from the conference website after July 5, 2025.

SEE2025の予稿集は参加者に事前公開したのち，著者が掲載を希望しかつ実際に発表が行われた論文のみを「第35回環境工学総合シンポジウム2025講演論文集」として一般販売，電子ジャーナルプラットフォーム（J-Stage，機械学会会員は無料で閲覧可能）で公開します。「第35回環境工学総合シンポジウム2025講演論文集」の著作権は日本機械学会に帰属します。なお講演論文集のご購入を希望される場合，販売準備が完了次第，以下よりご購入いただけるようになります。
