Dear applicants of presentation for IWEE or SEE,
If you would like to present at IWEE or SEE, please submit an abstract of 100-150 words in English for IWEE presentation or an abstract of 150-200 characters in Japanese for SEE presentation. Abstract submission deadline is December 1, 2024.
Applicants will be notified of permission to present by email on December 15, 2024.
Presenters must submit contributed papers by March 15 April 15,2025 and must complete registration by May 15, 2025.
There are two presentation methods: oral presentation and poster presentation, so please select one when submitting your abstract. Please note that depending on the capacity of the venue, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes including Q&A. Poster presentation is allocated 60 minutes including Q&A.
- Presenters for SEE2025 are only members of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Paper Submission
The contributed papers will be distributed to conference participants as the Proceedings of the IWEE. Electronic versions of the contributed papers can be downloaded from the conference website after July 5, 2025.
