Abstract Submission
- Those who plan to present at the symposium, an abstract should be submitted through Google Forms.
- The abstract should be written in English and contain at most 100 words. Tables, figures, hyperlinks, or special characters including equations should not be included in the abstract.
- The deadline of the abstract submission is

The manuscript is limited to 2-4 pages on A4 sheets and should be sent as a PDF file. The file size should not exceed 10MB.
The manuscript should be submitted to the conference organizers by e-mail (

It is noted that the copyright of the submitted papers are held by JSME, the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Registration

- Those who plan to participate in the symposium must register and pay the registration fee online prior to the symposium. The registration fee cannot be paid by cash at the on-site registration desk.
- The registration for the J-K symposium is restricted to the participants (presenting authors and co-authors only) of the J-K symposium.
Presentation
All presentations should be in English. The allotted time is basically 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. The total time should not exceed 20 minutes. (Updated on 8/20)
Registration Fee
- The registration fees include proceedings and banquet.
- The early-bird registration will end on August 16, 2023 (JST).
- Those who register for the J-K symposium are entitled to attend the Dynamics and Design Conference 2023 (D&D2023). However, if you are presenting at both J-K symposium and D&D2023, you must register for D&D2023 from their website.
