Registration Information
We ask the participants to pay the registration fee online before the conference.
23:59 of 28th February 2025 for Early Registration (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9)
For Earl Registration, if your payment will not be accepted until 28th February 2025, your apply will be canceled.
*The fees will be changed at 00:00 of 26th December 2024 (Japan standard time, GMT+9).
For Earl Registration, if your payment will not be accepted until 25th December 2024, your apply will be canceled. So please log in your My pageand apply Pre-Registration again.
*All fees are in Japanese Yen.

The banquet fee is included registration fee.
Confirmation
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk.
Cancellation
*Please note that even in the case of cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded once it has been paid.
