The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME) is pleased to announce the launch of a new online journal, "Mechanical Engineering Letters". The journal is one of three new JSME journals published under the title "Bulletin of JSME", which are "Mechanical Engineering Journal", "Transactions of the JSME (in Japanese)", and "Mechanical Engineering Letters".

Mechanical engineer lost opportunities frequently to publish their original works, because they considered the degree of perfection important too much. Therefore, we decided to provide "Mechanical Engineering Letters" for ambitious mechanical engineers. The publication of such a letter journal is not only a new experience but also a tremendous challenge for the mechanical engineering society.

All manuscripts are peer reviewed and once accepted will be available online and published immediately after final editing is complete. The peer-review process will be completed within 1 week in the shortest period. Please submit a paper today and join our efforts to increase the impact for Mechanical Engineering !
