In this conference, all presentations will be organized into poster sessions. The duration of each session is 90 minutes. Among the 90 minutes, former or latter 45 minutes are assigned as a core time for each presentation.
Please follow the following procedures for paper submission.
Paper Submission site (Deadline: March 15, 2013, March 8, 2013)
- DVD-ROM Proceedings are prepared at the Robomec2013. Please follow the instructions with the given format (pdf, In Japanese) (word, in Japanese)

- Japanese or English are available to prepare your draft. If you use Japanese, please follow the instructions given at this webpage.
- Please understand the guidline given by JSME (Only Japanese).- Page limit: A manuscript can be of 2-4pages. A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 2 Mb or 4 Mb.

- Please follow the customary electronic submission process via Paper Submission site . You can also submit a video as a supplementary material along with your manuscript, for instance to demonstrate your experimental results.
We will distribute the abstract book at the conference site. The abstract (60 words, about 500 characters) and a photo/figure are required. The photo/figure shuold be JPEG format, width 55mm× height 55mm, 350dpi. Please see this example.
If you would like to include the video in the DVD-ROM proceedings, please submit the video together with your paper no more than 4Mb. The video file should be in MPG format (no special software is needed to play). We are not able to accept the files more than 4Mb and also the file with not MPG file. Please do not use musics due to copyright concerns.
Guideline for poster presentation will be available in March, 2013.
