Visa Rquirement
All travelers entering Japan must have a valid passport.
A participant requiring a visa should apply to a Japanese consular office or diplomatic mission in his or her respective country prior to departure.
Participants are advised to contact their local travel agencies or airline companies. For details, please check the following web page.

If you need an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application,
please print the following form, fill all items, and send it to the conference secretariat by e-mail (scanned image)or fax.
This form is valid for authors or corresponding authors, or participants who have already completed registration on the website.
