New electronic submission and peer-review system for JSME journals

We are pleased to announce that we are going to introduce a new electronic submission and peer-review system, Editorial Manager (“EM” for short) for JSME Journals (11 journals) from April 1st, 2013, in place of our current system. This system is already in use for Transactions of the JSME/ Nippon Kikai Gakkai Ronbunshu (Japanese articles.)

Submission to JSME journals is going to be via the new system from the 1st of April, also, review of manuscripts submitted after April 1st is going to be performed in the new system in cooperation with editors and reviewers of our society.

In the meantime, we will keep accepting and reviewing manuscripts submitted before April 1st in the current system and therefore two systems will run in parallel for the time being, which may cause some inconvenience to users. We truly appreciate your understanding and support regarding this change.
